You are told the fare when you book and that is the fare you pay. No surge at 06:00, no surprise at the end of a jam on the M1.

“So what exactly is an AION?”
A fair question, and one we would rather answer here than leave you wondering in the back seat. AION is the electric brand of GAC Group — a Guangzhou manufacturer that appears in the Fortune Global 500 and builds around 2.5 million vehicles a year. In 2023 AION was the third-largest battery-electric brand in the world, behind only Tesla and BYD.
We did not choose these cars because they were the cheapest. We chose them because a chauffeur business is judged on the forty minutes you spend in the back, and this is where the money should go — into the cabin, the silence and the ride, rather than into a badge on the bonnet.

The things people ask first
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track your flight number and move your pick-up automatically. You also get one hour of free waiting time from the moment you land, so immigration and baggage are never a race.
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. The fare is agreed when you book and does not change — not for traffic, not for time of day, not for demand. If we hit a jam on the M1, that is our problem, not your invoice.
Will an electric car actually make it to Pretoria and back?
Comfortably. Our vehicles are long-range 2026 models and every car is charged and checked between trips. Range is dispatch’s problem, not yours — we would never send a car out that could not complete your journey twice over.
How much luggage fits?
The AION V and ES take two large cases plus hand luggage comfortably. For four or more passengers with full luggage, or a group of up to seven, book the GAC M8. If you are unsure, tell us in the booking notes and we will send the right car.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 2 hours before pick-up. Inside 2 hours it is 50% of the fare, and a no-show is charged in full — because by then a chauffeur and a car are already committed to you.
How do I pay?
Individual bookings are settled after your trip. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly on 30-day terms. Card payment on the site and in the app is being added shortly.
